Ensuring the principle of Win-Win win-win, we recommend that customers receive careful advice and plan to buy paint with the correct color code, with sufficient quantity before deciding to purchase. Because Benzo Paint Company policy only deal with return-exchange within 7 days.

 Tips to determine the amount of paint to use:

• Consult an experienced paint application agent or calculate the surface area yourself for the amount of paint needed.
• Customers can also receive technical advice from Benzo via Hotline: (028) 3597 0326.

 How to determine the amount of paint needed:

With the theoretical norm (laboratory conditions) averaging 12 m2 / liter: Total amount of Benzo paint required (liters) = Total surface area to be painted (m2) / 12

Note:

• The above formula is calculated according to the theory, not including the actual loss. Actual estimate, please contact Hotline: (028) 3597 0326.
• It is necessary to determine the total surface area to be painted in the present and the future.
• It is necessary to determine the exact color of paint on demand coinciding with the color code in the Benzo palette.

 Return-return policy of Benzo Paint Company:

+ Condition: Original product Son Benzo and not faulty by the manufacturer.

+ Requests for return products: Goods in complete boxes, unopened, not used.

+ Time: Paint returns are only handled within 07 days from the date of issue of the out-of-stock invoice and VAT invoice. After 07 days we do not settle. Because relating to the tax invoice between the company and the customer.

+ Cost of exchange-payment:
